因為有些老闆認為「繁忙指數」，重（工作）量不重質。就等於父母看到孩子經常埋首溫習才是用心學習，一等一的好學生。舉重若輕的？便是不用心了。

我們口邊常說看成效，多少人可以做到？</description>
